How do I create an account?
The Create account button opens the HANAplay request portal’s enrollment form. You’ll need an enrollment key from your administrator. If you already have an account, choose Sign in.
Does HANAplay include movies or streaming subscriptions?
HANAplay is a player for a compatible personal media server. It does not include, host or sell movies, series or streaming subscriptions. You supply your media-server access. The app screenshots show a sample library.
Which media servers can I connect?
The Apple app supports Plex and Silo, with Jellyfin and Emby available through More. Playback and feature availability depend on the server, media, device and equipment you use.
Where do I request a movie or series?
Members can sign in at requests.hanaplay.tv and use the existing request portal. Account permissions and request limits are managed there.
Where is the Android download?
An Android download isn’t available on this page yet. Check with your administrator for your release link. The Apple app is available from the App Store now.
